With over 20 years of experience in operations and executive management, Keesha Hills is a trusted advisor to mission-driven founders, entrepreneurs, and executives. She has a proven track record of empowering leaders to thrive personally and professionally by providing strategic support in executive-level administrative functions, strategic planning, program development, and facilitation.
Keesha’s career highlights include helping a minority-led organization scale from grassroots to a seven-figure enterprise, demonstrating her ability to turn vision into impactful results. As the Program Coordinator for LEADButte, she supports community leaders across Butte County through transformative leadership development.
In addition to leading her own consulting company, Keesha is the podcast host of Permission to Thrive, where she helps women define, refine, and redefine their mission, vision, and values in life and business. With a passion for strategy and creativity, she also enjoys curating unforgettable experiences through event planning.
